BARBARA WHITEHILL With great sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Whitehill. After a courageous battle with cancer, Barb passed away in her home with her family at her side on January Barb will be greatly missed by her husband Robert; her son Patrick; her mother Patricia Moreau; her brother Gene and his partner Kristina; aunt Evelyn and Barb's first husband Guy Whitehill, Patrick's father. Barb was predeceased by her father Gordon Moreau. Barb will also be greatly missed by an extended family through her marriage to Robert. Pam Proctor, Douglas Beaudin, Rhonda Keppler, Gordon Beaudin, Shirley Beaudin and mother and father in-law Lawrence and Erica Beaudin. Barb was born August 16 1954. Barb spoke often of her proudest achievement in her life; her son Patrick. We would like to give great appreciation and thanks to Doctor Bard and the staff of GH3 ward at HSC, Doctor Lau of Cancer Care Manitoba and to Monique of the WRHA Palliative Care Program. We send a special thank you to Pam Proctor for her caring and support that was above and beyond. Cremation has already taken place, and a private gathering will take place to celebrate Barb's life. In lieu of flowers, please give a donation to CancerCare Manitoba.
